How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange Request

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any manufacturing defect, or if there are incorrect or missing items in your order, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order.

To raise a request, please share clear photos and videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once received, our team will review the request and assist you promptly.

Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on Prepaid Orders

  • Order cancellation or refund is allowed only before dispatch

  • If an order is not dispatched within 5 working days, cancellation and refund may be requested

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account, depending on:

    • Logistic transit time from buyer location to seller warehouse

    • Bank or payment provider processing timelines

All exchange or replacement requests are subject to:

  • Approval after quality verification

  • Product availability in stock


Refund & Exchange Conditions

We will accept return, refund, or exchange requests only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The original invoice is retained

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags intact


Exchange First, Refund Second Policy

  • Exchange or replacement is always offered as the first option

  • A refund will be processed only if an exchange is not possible

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection

  • Return shipping charges from buyer location to seller warehouse must be borne by the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Refunds on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, exchange or replacement will be offered first

  • Refunds are applicable only if an exchange is not possible

  • Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit

  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after quality approval


International Orders

  • No refunds, returns, or replacements are accepted for international orders placed outside India

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable to international shipments must be borne by the customer


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept return, refund, or exchange requests on:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Final Sale collections
  • Non-Returnable Tag Products

Size & Fit Disclaimer

While our products are made using standardised size charts, baby sizing may vary.
We strongly recommend measuring your baby and referring to the size guide before placing an order to ensure the best fit.


Shipping on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Free shipping on COD orders above ₹999 within India

  • For COD orders below ₹999, a shipping charge of ₹120 will be applicable

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Express shipping on COD orders may be available at an additional cost, subject to serviceability
