• Each order goes through a quality check before dispatch

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

• Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier partner serviceability

  • Weather or unexpected delays

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

• Free shipping on COD orders above ₹999 within India

• A ₹120 shipping charge applies to COD orders below ₹999

• All COD shipping charges are non-refundable

• Express delivery, if available, may incur an additional charge

  Restocking Fee (Applicable on Returns)

  • In case of an approved return or refund on a order, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the product value

  • The restocking fee covers processing, handling, and quality inspection costs

  • Restocking fees are non-refundable

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email

• Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the provided link

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout

• Oh My Bebe is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Delivery Issues

• In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
