The very first thing we ask of every customer is to carefully inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Check that all items received match what you ordered, examine the products for any manufacturing defects, and verify that nothing is missing from your package.
Why this matters: Our return and exchange window opens from the moment your order is delivered. Acting promptly ensures your concerns are addressed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If you discover a problem with your order — whether it is a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, or a missing product — you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for review.
To raise a valid request, please provide the following:
Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or issue
A video unpacking or demonstrating the problem, where applicable
A photo of the outer packaging and the shipping label
Your order ID and the registered email or phone number used at checkout
Once our customer support team receives all the necessary details, we will review your request thoroughly and respond with the next steps within 1 to 2 working days.

Before raising a request, please ensure your product meets all of the following conditions. Requests that do not comply with these conditions will not be eligible for processing.
Unused, unworn, and unwashed: The product must be in its original, untouched condition. Any sign of use, washing, or alteration will disqualify the item from being returned or exchanged.
Original packaging intact: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories exactly as received.
Original invoice retained: Please keep your purchase invoice safe. It will be required as proof of purchase when raising a return or exchange request.
Reported within 72 hours: The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. No exceptions will be made beyond this window.
At Oh My Bebe, we always prioritize offering you an exchange or replacement before considering a refund. This is our standard approach for all valid return requests.
Why this policy? We believe that in most cases, the right product in perfect condition is a better outcome for you than a refund. It allows your little one to still enjoy what you originally ordered, without the wait and paperwork of a full refund cycle.
A refund will only be initiated when:
The requested product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
An exchange is not feasible for any other valid reason approved by our team
The product fails our quality inspection upon return and cannot be restocked or replaced
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your prepaid order, you may do so only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Cancellation Due to Delayed Dispatch: If, for any reason, your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days of placement, you are entitled to request a cancellation and full refund. The refund in this case will be credited back to your original payment method without any deductions.
Refund to Original Payment Method: For all approved prepaid cancellations or returns, the refund will be credited to the same payment source used at the time of purchase — whether that is your credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallet.
Refund Timeline: Refund timelines vary depending on two primary factors — the logistics transit time for the returned product to reach our warehouse, and the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider. Please account for both when tracking your refund.
Exchange & Replacement Eligibility: All exchange and replacement requests for prepaid orders are subject to approval following our quality verification process and are contingent on the availability of the requested product in our current inventory.
We believe in being completely transparent about what your refund will look like. If a refund is approved, the following operational charges will be deducted from your total order value before the refund is processed.

Understanding each deduction:
Restocking Charges (8%): When a product is returned, it must go through re-inspection, quality assessment, repackaging, and reintegration into our inventory. This charge covers those essential operational costs.
Return Freight Charges ( ₹150, whichever is higher): The cost of shipping the product back from your location to our warehouse must be borne by the customer. This charge is ₹150 flat — whichever amount is greater — and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are also non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline:
After your return is approved, allow 12 to 15 working days for the product to reach our warehouse via return transit.
Upon arrival, the product undergoes a thorough quality inspection by our team.
If the product passes inspection, the refund is approved and initiated within 2 to 3 working days.
Once initiated, please allow an additional 5 to 7 banking days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We handle COD refunds with a slightly different process, as cash transactions cannot be reversed directly.
Exchange or Replacement First: As with prepaid orders, we will always offer an exchange or replacement as the primary resolution for COD orders. A refund is only considered if an exchange is not possible.
No Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders under any circumstances. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through one of the following methods:
Bank Transfer: You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, and account holder name) to our support team for the transfer to be processed.
Store Credit: Alternatively, the refund amount can be issued as Oh My Bebe store credit, which you can use toward a future purchase on ohmybebe.com.
COD Refund Processing Timeline: Approved COD refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date the returned product passes our quality inspection.
At this time, OhMyBebe does not accept returns, refunds, or replacement requests for orders placed from outside India. All international sales are considered final.
Additionally, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country's customs authority are entirely the responsibility of the customer. OhMyBebe has no control over such charges and will not reimburse or compensate for them under any circumstances.
Certain items are excluded from our return, refund, and exchange policy. No requests will be accepted for the following categories, regardless of the reason:
Sale items — Products purchased during promotional or seasonal sales
Clearance items — Items sold as part of a clearance event
Final Sale collections — Any collection explicitly marketed as a final sale
Products marked with a Non-Returnable Tag — Items that carry a visible non-returnable label at the time of purchase
We strongly encourage you to review product details, size information, and all applicable tags before completing your purchase on these item types, as no exceptions will be made.
We understand that finding the right fit for your growing baby can be tricky. While all OhMyBebe products are designed and manufactured using standardised size charts, baby sizing can naturally vary depending on your child's individual growth pattern, body type, and proportions.
Our recommendation: Before placing any order, please take accurate measurements of your baby and carefully consult our size guide available on each product page. Choosing the wrong size does not qualify as a defect and will not be eligible for a return or exchange under our standard policy.
